Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for creating a vast array of tropical treats including biscuits, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. Our Pineapple Essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add a tangy fruit flavour to any sweet or savoury recipe. As a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg.
